If your lip color happens to be uneven, you will need a lip base or balancer. Apply dark tones to lighter areas, and light tone to dark areas. These balancers also help the lipstick color to be pure and clear.
Before applying makeup, cleaning the face is always the first step. After cleaning your face, apply astringent and most importantly, moisturize your face to avoid having an oily skin when applying makeup.
